GTK and Icon theme configuration

Appearance is a configlet that allows you to control the look of your desktop. (This software replaces the LookAndFeel, Theme and Toolbars&Menus configlets.) It supports setting the GTK (UI controls) and Icon themes. It also allows the setting of certain Toolbar and Menu options.
